What is it with administration?
I cannot believe that if one comes from a country that has english as its first language and having taken English and English Lit at O-levels and aceing them would still require one to take IELTS/TOFEL, just so all requirements for international applicants would be satisfied. Seriously! Sometimes I wish I have balls of steel like my mother who would fight this to the very end. Application processes are the worst.
